• Payment can be made through the available methods on our platform (bank transfer, e-wallet, etc.).
• We will not start processing any visa applications until full payment is received.

• Clients are required to submit all required documents completely and accurately.
• Any errors or delays in document submission are the responsibility of the client.

• The processing time provided is an estimate and may vary depending on the policies of the relevant authorities (e.g., Indonesian Immigration, Ministry of Law and Human Rights).
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

• No refunds will be issued once the processing has started, unless the cancellation is made by us.
• If the client cancels before document processing begins, a partial refund may be considered, subject to administrative fees.

• We act solely as an intermediary between the client and relevant government institutions.
• We are not liable for any visa rejections made by the Indonesian Immigration Authority.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect once published on our platform.
